2. Our Collection
Galleria Antiquarian offers carefully selected rare books, manuscripts, historic documents, coins, medals, works of fine art and other collectable objects.
Many items are antique, historic or previously owned and may therefore display age-related wear, marks, restoration, imperfections or other characteristics consistent with their history.
We endeavour to describe and photograph each item accurately and to provide relevant information regarding condition, age, provenance and other characteristics where known. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the device used to view the website.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to applicable consumer law.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase an item. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance.
As many pieces offered by Galleria Antiquarian are unique, an item may occasionally become unavailable before an order can be fulfilled. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for that order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal or regulatory restrictions, or the item no longer being available.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated before the purchase is completed where required.
For certain high-value acquisitions, we may offer or request an alternative payment arrangement, including bank transfer. Customers should contact Galleria Antiquarian directly before making a bank transfer so that payment details can be confirmed securely.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Because some items require specialist handling, insurance, documentation or export arrangements, dispatch and delivery times may vary. Where a different delivery arrangement is required, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights available to you.
